We all know that walking is said to improve our moods right?
Well, how long do you actually have to walk around for your mood to really change? According to a study from Iowa State University, walking for just 12 minutes can put you in a better state of mind! We can all do that- and wouldn’t it be great if we were all in a better mood?
Another study from Iowa State University researchers found that walking around and offering “loving-kindness” to others can also make you feel happier, more connected, caring and empathetic, and less anxious. Walk on my friends!
