Sacramento RT wants you to know it’s OK to ride!

Since Stay at Home orders went in to place in Sacramento, RT ridership has dropped almost 80%, however they want you to know that they are taking precautions to help you feel safer to ride again.

Sac RT has put safety precautions into place weekly, such as completely sanitizing busses to fogging them. All employees are required to wear  face masks and riders are encouraged to wear them as well. 

Among other things they are doing, Sac RT has seats blocked to encourage social distancing and is limiting passengers to 10 per bus. They also remind you that doors open automatically instead of riders having to physically touch the doors.
