People are trying to stay active during lockdown and with gyms and fitness classes closed, they’re trying new ways to workout. Fitness instructor Kelly Ravenscroft teaches Pilates online and along with her regular classes, she also leads one called “Prosecco Pilates,” where you get a good core workout while sipping a glass of bubbly. She says doing the exercises with a glass in hand is particularly effective to help tone abdominal muscles, the lower back and the booty.
Lots of people are looking for ways to unwind and Ravenscroft says these exercises are not only a great workout, but they help with relaxation, too.
