I’m going to share a trick I just learned that is to good to keep yo myself. Here is what you do: Take the avocados in question and put them in the fruit door in your fridge. Then find all the other ripe fruit you have and surround the avocados with them. Apples, tomatoes, melons, and ripe bananas are perfect examples because they produce a gas called ethylene which speed up the ripening process. After two days you will have perfectly ripe avocados.
