How much coffee is healthy?

You may have heard that drinking coffee can have many health benefits including lowering your risk of dying from coronary heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and kidney disease. You may have also heard that drinking coffee can have negative side effects as well. 

A new Harvard study looked at what amount of coffee is the right amount to stay healthy. The authors determined that limiting caffeine intake to about  four to five cups of coffee per day was best, but that moderate consumption of coffee can still offer many health benefits. So enjoy your cup of morning joe and mid-day Joe and afternoon Joe and well, you get the picture!!
