I know I have done this and if you have been skipping breakfast to try to lose weight, think again!
A new study published by The Journal of Nutrition says that eating breakfast is as important to losing weight as what you eat. In fact in study they conducted they found that the women who did skip breakfast gained weight at a faster rate than those who ate in the morning.
They also suggest a healthy breakfast to get your metabolism off on the right foot for the day. Now we don’t have to start the day starving!! I, for one, am so happy to hear that!!
