A few months ago, Kenneth Smith was homeless and a stranger gave him an Outback Steakhouse gift card to buy dinner. She helped him with future meals, then gave him a job bussing tables, and she helped him find a place to live. Source: WFAA

An Ohio fifth-grader started a kindness closet at her elementary school for students to “shop” for new or gently worn clothing. Anderson “Andi” Musser came up with the idea after bringing joy to a classmate by giving her some hand-me-downs. Local stores and the community help fill the closet and volunteers keep it up and running. Source: The Daily Record

A Virginia family has been reunited with photos from a family vacation back in 2005. Alexia Small and her kids went to Rome 16 years ago, but she lost the camera with them on it and thought she’d never see them again. Leanne Littman found the camera back in 2005 and finally had time to search for the family and thanks to social media, she found them in a flash. Source: WJLA
