Uber is now letting customers donate money for other people’s rides to COVID vaccination sites. They’re teaming up with PayPal and Walgreens on a Vaccine Access Fund to help people in need get to their appointments. And even better? The companies are also donating $11-million to the fund. Guy Fieri has been helping to raise money for restaurant workers who’ve been hit hard by the pandemic. The Food Network host joined the Restaurant Employee Relief Fund, which has raised nearly $25-million. The fund has given $500 grants to 43-thousand restaurant workers so far. Source: CBS News

A Kansas City, Kansas, man was out walking his dog when he had a medical emergency. Luckily, his dog is a very good boy who ran to alert a nearby neighbor of the trouble.
