This Surprising Drink Could Be Keeping You Up At Night

So we have all been there – the tossing, the turning. many things can contribute to not being able to fall asleep. You may however want to look at what you drank before bed time.

Not water, not Sleepytime Tea and not warm milk… What is left? Coffee. Typically you would not have a cup of Joe if you were close to going to sleep, but you may have had a cup of decaf thinking it was harmless. Not so. 

Decaf coffee contains significantly less caffeine than fully caffeinated coffee, but it still does contain some caffeine. So I would stick with The Sleepytime or maybe just water!
